How it works

One email, every Monday. No software to learn.

Simple, on time, and ready to hand to whoever runs your door hangers, mailers or canvassing.

STEP 01

Collect

Each week we pull new permits from official county and city open data: roofing, mechanical/HVAC, pool, screen enclosures, solar, windows.

STEP 02

Filter

Records are matched to your ZIP codes and trade, de-duplicated, and grouped by street so clusters are easy to spot.

STEP 03

Deliver

Monday morning: a readable summary plus a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.

By trade

Pick your trade. See what feeds your list.

Select a trade for the permit types behind it, why they matter, and last week's counts (Oct 10–16, 2026, all covered areas).

Each feed reported permits every week for the past 6 weeks and is current by Monday delivery (Port St. Lucie refreshes weekly, on Sunday). Counted Oct 20, 2026, for permits issued Oct 10–16. Categories are matched from each permit's type and description, so a permit can count in more than one column. "—" means the source has no separate screen-enclosure category. Manatee "residential" excludes permit types marked commercial. Port St. Lucie categories use the city's permit-type codes; roof and HVAC include trade sub-permits, which can share an address with the main permit. *Hillsborough's feed covers building permits only: most re-roof and A/C changeout permits are filed as separate trade permits that aren't in it, so its roof and HVAC counts are low. It's best for pool and insurance buyers. Hillsborough's feed posts with a lag of a few days.

Who it's for

Built for the next trade through the door.

The contractor who pulled the permit already has that job. This data isn't for taking it. It's for the businesses that homeowner is likely to need next.

Gutter contractors

A re-roof is the natural time to replace gutters and guards.

Insurance agents

A new roof can change a Florida homeowner's coverage options.

Solar & insulation

The best time to work on a roof is right after it's redone.

HVAC service

New equipment is the moment to offer a maintenance agreement.

Other trades

Ask. If the data won't help your business, we'll say so.

Territories

One subscriber per ZIP code, per trade.

If you hold 34221 for gutters, no other gutter company receives 34221 from us. The territory stays yours for as long as you subscribe.

FAQ

Common questions

Where does the data come from?

Public building-permit records published through official open-data services: Manatee County, Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami, the City of Port St. Lucie, Marion County and Hillsborough County. We only use sources the government publishes for public access, then clean, filter and deliver them.

When is the report delivered?

Lists go out every Monday morning by email, for every covered area: a readable summary plus a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets or your CRM.

How does exclusivity work?

On the ZIP + Trade plan, each ZIP and trade combination goes to one subscriber. If yours is taken, we'll tell you before you pay and suggest nearby ZIPs. County-wide plans are shared.

Are these guaranteed jobs?

No. They are addresses where a permitted project was recently approved: timely signals for relevant marketing. Results depend on your offer and follow-up.

Do you provide phone numbers?

No. Reports include address, permit type, issue date and permit number only. We do not sell homeowner phone numbers.

Can I call or text these homeowners?

Use caution. Telemarketing calls and texts are regulated by the federal TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and Florida's telemarketing law. We recommend direct mail, door hangers and in-person visits. If you call or text, DNC scrubbing and consent are your responsibility. This is not legal advice.

Which areas do you cover?

Manatee County, Miami-Dade County (including the City of Miami), the City of Port St. Lucie, Marion County (including the Ocala area) and Hillsborough County today, with lists going out Mondays. Hillsborough's feed is building permits only, so it's best for pool and insurance buyers. Alachua County is under review. We only sell an area once its public permit feed has proven it updates every week. Other counties, including Sarasota, Pinellas and Lee, aren't offered because they don't publish a reliable open feed.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. All plans are month to month.
